Dla ośrodków szkoleniowych dużym wyzwaniem jest prowadzenie szkoleń otwartych, w których może uczestniczyć wiele osób, które są nimi zainteresowane. Kierowane są one do szerszego grona osób i nie muszą być potwierdzane. Szkolenia otwarte często są organizowane na aulach publicznych czy halach sportowych, aby pomieścić jak największą liczbę osób.
